Planning
Permitted Development, Householder Application, Full Plans, Change of Use from £250 plus application fees.
Building Regulations
This can be in the form of a Building Notice or Full Plans. Our planning drawings are adequate for smaller projects but the onus is on the Owner / Client and builder to ensure that Building Regulations are met. WSS recommend Full Plans applications for Building Regulation as the final drawing will include a detailed design and specification The cost of the Full Plans starts at £300 plus application fees. The building regulation application can be submitted to approved inspectors or local authority.
Structural Calculations.
As part of the design there may be changes to the structural elements that require for foundation designs, steel beams, piers and columns. This cost is as follows: Loft Conversions from £120 - £280 Extensions from £120 subject to design
